7′ X 7′ Shire Barclay Corner Wooden Summerhouse (2.2×2.2m)

This 7×7 Barclay Corner Summerhouse is ideal for a corner position in the garden, offering maximum utilisation of space with a light and airy design.

Constructed from 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding, the high grade timber is supported by a strong 34x34mm frame. The durable floor is 12mm tongue and groove, well-known for its weather resistance and strength for many years of use. The pent roof is 8mm OSB sheet finished in felt for a weatherproof interior.

The single glazed double entrance doors are secured with a ring gate latch. The interior benefits from light from the two further full-length single glazed windows, with all glazing comprising of styrene safety glass for added peace of mind.

This 7×7 summerhouse is supplied dip treated with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, when supported with annual retreatment. An upgrade to a top coat is available for this garden building. This top coat is a wood stain that provides a waterproof coating to resist algal and fungal attack. It nourishes the wood to provide year-round colour and protection. Two coats are applied, by the manufacturer, to both the interior and exterior of the building. As a dip-treated summer house, it is usually recommended that the customer apply a treatment upon assembly; this top coat eliminates the need to do so. The colour of this stain is called “gold” which is an orangey-yellow.
