The 7’3 x 7’11 Shire Parham Wooden Garden Summerhouse (2.2m x 2.4m) is light, airy and built from premium tongue and groove throughout, making it the ideal place to relax in the garden, come rain or shine.

This 7×8 summerhouse is constructed from 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding, well-known for its weather resistance, strength and durability, and supported by a robust 34x34mm frame. The floor is also strong 12mm tongue and groove, suitable for furniture and regular footfall, while the 12mm tongue and groove apex roof comes with a felt covering to keep out the rain.

To the front of this garden room is a small, stylish overhang, offering both shade and shelter. The partially-glazed double doors provide comfortable access and can be secured by a latch for privacy and quiet. With 1 opening side window, as well as 2 more large windows adjacent to the doors, this summerhouse enjoys an abundance of natural light and a light, airy feel. All of the glazing is made from shatterproof styrene.

This premium garden room is supplied dip treated with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, when supported with annual retreatment. An upgrade to a top coat is available for this summer house. This top coat is a wood stain that provides a waterproof coating to resist algal and fungal attack. It nourishes the wood to provide year-round colour and protection. Two coats are applied, by the manufacturer, to both the interior and exterior of the summerhouse. As a dip-treated garden building, it is usually recommended that the customer apply a treatment upon assembly; this top coat eliminates the need to do so. The colour of this stain is called “gold” which is an orangey-yellow.
