The Shire Gazebo Summerhouse is a handsome, traditional hexagonal summerhouse that will make a fine feature in any garden. This small summerhouse offers a charming place to relax and make the most of your time in the garden. In winter, it’s an attractive garden building where you can store your garden furniture, safe from the elements.

Constructed from 12mm shiplap tongue & groove cladding, known for its weather-tight, robust construction, this wooden summerhouse also has with a hardwearing 19mm wooden slatted floor comfortably able to support furniture and years of use. A thick 34x34mm frame supports the gazebo which is toped by a handsome 11mm solid sheet roof. A traditional finial completes the attractive design.

The three-quarter glazed Georgian-style door is fitted with an antique-style latch. Two matching large windows fill the gazebo with light and provide views into the garden.

This gazebo summerhouse is supplied dip treated with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, when supported with annual retreatment. An upgrade to a top coat is available for this gazebo. This top coat is a wood stain that provides a waterproof coating to resist algal and fungal attack. It nourishes the wood to provide year-round colour and protection. Two coats are applied, by the manufacturer, to both the interior and exterior of the summer house. As a dip-treated garden building, it is usually recommended that the customer apply a treatment upon assembly; this top coat eliminates the need to do so. The colour of this stain is called “gold” which is an orangey-yellow.
