The Shire Haddon Summerhouse is a beautiful garden retreat full of charm.

Constructed from 12mm shiplap tongue and groove shiplap cladding, well-known for its weather resistance, strength and durability, this small summerhouse is supported by a 34x34mm frame. The floor is also strong 12mm tongue and groove suitable for heavy storage and footfall. The apex roof is 8mm OSB sheet finished in felt. Its barge board, decorative finial and slight overhang offer shelter from sun and showers and ad to the charm of this wooden summerhouser.

Double entrance doors with single glazing lead into the interior space which further benefits from light via the two matching windows. The doors feature antique-style door furniture to complete the attractive appeal.

This shed is supplied dip treated with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, when supported with annual retreatment. An upgrade to a top coat is available for this shed. This top coat is a wood stain that provides a waterproof coating to resist algal and fungal attack. It nourishes the wood to provide year-round colour and protection. Two coats are applied, by the manufacturer, to both the interior and exterior of the shed. As a dip-treated shed, it is usually recommended that the customer apply a treatment upon assembly; this top coat eliminates the need to do so. The colour of this stain is called “gold” which is an orangey-yellow.
